Ingredients
Mung bean sprouts ( 300g ) | Cooking oil ( 25mI ) |
Scallions ( 10g ) | Ginger ( 10g ) |
Dried chili pepper ( 3g ) | Dougu oil ( 20mI ) |
balsamic vinegar ( 10mI ) |
How to prepare mung bean sprouts in oil

1. Cut onion, ginger and dried chili into shreds

2.Wash the bean sprouts and steam them for 10 minutes

4. Pour the heated oil over the onion, ginger and chili shreds placed on the cooked mung bean sprouts to bring out the fragrance

3. Heat oil in a small pot until smoking
