Tips
.The ribs can be blanched or not, because the ribs I bought are very fresh and have a lot of water.
.Don’t throw away the water used to cook the ribs. It’s just right to use it as the soup base.
.I only use rapeseed hearts, and the rest can be picked out and fried.
.When frying the sugar color, remember to quickly pour down the ribs and stir-fry evenly, otherwise there will be a burnt smell, which will affect the taste.
