How to make noodles

1. Prepare the materials, note: the noodles should be bought for fried noodles

2.Cooking noodles
3. Blanch vegetables.Note: You can choose the vegetables you like (cucumber shreds, mung bean sprouts, lettuce...) I used amaranth here.

4. Remove the cooked noodles and vegetables, add sesame oil, Laoganma and salt after cooling., sugar, and MSG and mix well (if you like vinegar and garlic, you can add some to taste, but it tastes a bit off after eating)
