Fresh mulberry fruit ( 250g-500g ) | All-purpose flour ( 500-600g ) |
Angel Yeast ( Add 1g of yeast per 100g of flour, or a little less ) | Sugar (A little, don’t add it if the fruit is very sweet.If you like it sweeter, add a few spoons of sugar) |
How to make mulberry steamed buns

1.Crush the mulberries first and save them for later use

2. Mix 500g flour and 4.5-5g yeast evenly

3.Add juice and pulp, a small amount and multiple times , you can add no sugar to mulberries with high sugar content.If you like it sweeter, add a few spoons of sugar.

4.Knead (you can also knead by hand) into a smooth dough

5.Put the two doughs into the container and send them to a warm place to ferment
6. Ferment until the dough doubles in size, take out the air and roll it into a round shape-

7.Put it into a steamer for secondary fermentation until the dough becomes larger, in a warm environment, about ten minutes.

8. After the secondary fermentation is successful, put it into the steamer and steam for 16-30 minutes, depending on personal preference.

9.The delicious mulberry steamed buns are ready, sour, sweet and fruity
