Ingredients
Original wheat germ fine noodles (200g) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
small chives ( 6 roots ) | Oyster sauce ( a spoonful ) |
Light soy sauce ( one spoon ) | White sugar ( one spoon ) |
Warm water ( a little ) |
onion How to make noodles with oil

1. Will be soy sauce , oyster sauce and sugar into a container and mix well and set aside.

2. Wash and cut the shallots into sections.

3.Add germ noodles to boiling water and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, remove.

4.Put cold water and a little sesame oil into the container, then add the cooked noodles and cool them , fish out and control the water.

5. Heat the oil in the pot.

6. Add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Fry until the chopped green onion changes color.

8. Then pour in the stirred oyster sauce.

9. Stir-fry until bubbling and then add a little warm water.

10.Put the water-controlled noodles into a container, add scallion oil, and stir evenly.

Tips
1.For onions, choose chives for better taste.
2.The scallion oil must be fried to have a burnt aroma to be delicious.
