How to make egg, leek and shrimp buns

1.Add yeast powder and water to the flour

2. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.

3.Pick, wash and drain the leeks.

4.Cut the leeks into minced pieces, add a little cooking oil, and stir.

5.Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them

7.Add dried shrimps, mushrooms, chicken powder and ginger powder.

8. Stir evenly and let cool.

9. Pour in the minced leeks, add oyster sauce and salt.Mix well

10.The dough has risen.

11.Knead the dough slightly and roll it into a long strip

12. Divide the dough into even small portions, roll out the dough and wrap in the fillings.

13.Put it into the steamer and continue to rise for about 15 minutes.

14.Steam over high heat, steam for 9 minutes, turn off heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Tips
① Wash and drain the leeks at least 3 hours in advance.Do not bring water when cutting the leeks.
②The time for the wrapped buns to rise in the pot depends on the room temperature, usually about 10 to 15 minutes.
③With these fillings and dough, I made a total of 11 buns for reference.
④The time for steaming buns should not be too long, up to 9 minutes.
