How to make braised noodles

1. Dice beans and carrots, and peel edamame.

2. Heat the oil in the wok, add the diced pork, and stir-fry the water.Fry out a little fat.

3. Add minced garlic and bean paste and stir-fry until red oil comes out.

4.Add in soybean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add a little five-spice powder and stir-fry evenly.

6. Add beans, diced carrots and edamame and stir-fry together.

7. Add soy sauce.

8.Add appropriate amount of boiling water.

9. Stew until cooked, add appropriate amount of salt, a little sugar and MSG to taste.
