The Youth League’s approach

1. Wash the mugwort several times first, boil water in the pot, and put it in the wash For good mugwort leaves, blanch them for two minutes and then pick them up.

2.Put it into a blender and stir, filter out the mugwort juice.

3. Mix the glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour together, and pour in the wormwood juice in small amounts several times.

4.Knead the dough into a dough that is not dry, wet or sticky, and cover it with plastic wrap.

5. Divide into multiple small dumplings.

6.Take one and flatten it with your hands, put it in the bean paste filling, wrap it up, and roll it into a round shape.

7. Brush the plate with oil, add the green dumplings, and steam for 15 minutes.
Tips
1.Green dumplings can be made with juice from spinach, leeks, fresh tea leaves, wheat leaves, and taro leaves.There is no limit to the ingredients, but mugwort tastes best when made.
2.The fillings of the green dumplings can be packed according to your own taste.
