How to make cucumber and poached egg noodles

1.Prepare the materials, peel and shred the cucumber

2.Light soy sauce and chopped green onion seasoning bag

3.Heat the pot over low heat with less oil

4.Crack the eggs and add them to the pot

5.Both sides are shaped into pots and served in bowls
6.Put the cucumbers in the pan and stir-fry the eggs
7.Add water when the cucumber softens slightly
