How to make crystal rice dumplings

1. Have all materials ready.Add vegetable oil and fine sugar to the sago and mix well.Add boiling water in batches and mix well.Leave it aside for 30 minutes to allow the sago to absorb the water.

2. Remove the heads and tails of the rice dumpling leaves, wash them and blanch them in boiling water, remove and drain the water , brush each rice dumpling leaf with a thin layer of vegetable oil.

3.Take two leaves and overlap them.

4. Overlay the two rice dumpling leaves and roll them crosswise toward the middle to form a funnel shape.

5. Load a spoonful of sago.

7.Take another spoonful of sago and lightly compact it.

Tips
1.Use hot water for soaking sago.If you use cold water, the sago will melt easily.2.The rice dumpling filling can be replaced with your favorite filling.
