Sweet potato/sweet potato ( 500g ) | Glutinous rice flour ( 200g ) |
Full Wheat flour/flour ( 80g ) | White sesame seeds ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make sweet potato cake

1. Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes and steam them in a pot (chopsticks can penetrate them)

2.Crush it with a spoon (I forgot to take a picture), add glutinous rice flour and flour, mix well and knead until smooth Dough (not sticky, can be kneaded into shape)

3.Take a small ball and press it into a cake shape, double Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the surface

4. Fry over low heat until cooked through, remove and serve

Tips
Because my sweet potatoes are very sweet, I didn’t add sugar.If you like sweet or sweet potatoes If it's not sweet enough, you can add more according to your own taste.
