Fried shredded pork with dragon beard Recipe

1. Boil water and add dragon's whiskers noodles , cook for two minutes.Take out and drain the water, add a little oil and mix well, put it in a steamer to steam until cooked, take it out and tear it into pieces and let it cool

2. Pour oil into the pot, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.Pour in the egg liquid and fry until cooked.Set aside.
