Ingredients
Luffa rind ( 50g ) | Egg ( 1 piece ) |
Flour ( 50 grams ) | Salt (or sugar) ( 1g ) |

How to make loofah cakes

1.Clean the loofah and remove the skin
2.Put the loofah rind into a food processor, add a little water and make a puree

3.Pour the beaten loofah puree directly into the container

4.Add eggs

5.Add flour and salt

6. Stir until there are no particles and a smooth thin batter, and let it sit for about 5 minutes

Tips
Don’t make the batter too thick.Flour can be added in batches.Just lift the chopsticks and the batter will look like string beads.
