How to make homemade lazy meat buns

1. Mix ordinary flour with appropriate amount of yeast and warm water, and knead into a smooth dough.Remember to add water slowly.

2.Cover with a wet towel and wait for fermentation, about half an hour, the temperature is low and appropriate extend.

3. Cut the pork into slices first, and then chop it with all your strength.Stuff the meat, dice the carrots, mince the ginger, chop the chives and set aside.

4.Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and chicken essence to the ingredients in step 3.For cornstarch, you can add a small amount of rapeseed oil if you like, then use all your strength to mix evenly and set aside.

5. After the dough has fermented, take it out, knead it on the chopping board, and drain the dough.of air, and then divide it into small pieces.I don’t have a rolling pin at home, so I use my hands to knead it into dough.Then add the fillings and wrap them into meat buns.

6. Apply a thin layer of rapeseed oil to the steamer, put in the meat buns and let them rise Steam the noodles over high heat for five minutes, turn on the steam and steam for ten minutes, then turn off the heat and steam for five minutes.Take it out and put it on a clean plate and eat.

Tips
The meat must be fresh and the noodles must be well fermented.After steaming, turn off the heat and wait a few minutes before taking it out to prevent the buns from collapsing.Grease the steamer grid to avoid sticking.
