How to make cold noodles

1.Slice carrots, cucumbers and ham and set aside

2. Combine garlic cloves, salt, sugar and chili powder , pepper into a bowl, then pour in hot oil and stir evenly.

3.Pour in vinegar, light soy sauce, oil, stir well and set aside.

4. Boil water to cook the noodles, cover with cold water and put into a bowl.

5. Place carrots, cucumbers, ham and chili oil on the plate in sequence

6. Stir evenly.
