How to make leek, egg and shrimp pancakes

1.Fermented flour

2.Chopped leeks

3.Scrambled eggs

4.Crushed eggs, leeks, dried shrimps, add some salt, oil and a little fresh soy sauce.Stir them all together.Wait until the chopped eggs have cooled before mixing them together

5.Use the fermented flour and roll it into a dough the size of a bun

6.Wrap into bun shape and flatten

7.Wake up again for 10 minutes

8.Put oil and fry both sides till brown , it tastes delicious with some millet porridge
