Whole wheat high-gluten flour ( 300g ) | Cold water ( 150ml ) |
Eggs ( 2 pieces ) | Salt ( 5g ) |
How to make hand-made whole wheat egg noodles

1. Mix salt, flour and cold water with your hands and stir in one direction

2.Add eggs and knead into fluffy form

3.Knead the dough without making it too smooth and shape it

4. Let the noodles rest for 30 minutes

5. Knead into a smooth dough (a layer of flour should be spread underneath)

6.Slowly It is best to roll the dough into a rectangular shape

8. Sprinkle flour every time you fold in half to prevent sticking (sprinkle flour to loosen the noodles)
