Oil ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make instant noodle egg cakes

1.Beat the eggs and set aside

2.Place instant noodles in boiling water and stir continuously with chopsticks

3.Cook and turn off the heat

4. Remove and drain the water

5.Pour a small amount of oil into the pan, Brush evenly

6.Place the noodles in the pot and compact them

7.Pour the egg liquid evenly
8.Turn over after setting the bottom surface
9.Turn over repeatedly until the skin is crispy

10. Brush the surface with your favorite sauce , you can also use the sauce package for instant noodles

11. Remove from the pot and garnish with chopped green onion
