Ingredients
Zucchini ( 500g ) | Four ( 300g ) |
Egg ( one ) | Chopped green onion (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) | Ginger powder ( appropriate amount ) |
Panthoxylum bungeanum powder ( appropriate amount ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make zucchini cake

1. Remove seeds from zucchini and grate into shreds.Add salt, pepper powder, ginger powder, chopped green onion and eggs.

2. Stir evenly and let it sit for ten minutes.

3.After ten minutes, a lot of water will come out.Add flour and stir into batter.

4. Brush the electric baking pan with oil, pour an appropriate amount of batter, and smooth it!

5. Fry one side for about a minute, and add a little more oil when turning it over.

6. Fry both sides twice!
