How to make fried noodles

1. Prepare ingredients and wash vegetables.

2. Chop the green onion into mince, cut the breakfast sausage and carrot into hob pieces.

3.Add water into the pot, bring to a boil, add noodles and cook until halfway cooked.

4.Place in cold water.

5. Blanch the rapeseed in the noodle cooking water, remove and cut into sections for later use.

6. Heat the oil in the pot, add the carrot cubes and stir-fry briefly.

7. Add chopped green onion and breakfast sausage and stir-fry briefly.

8. Add noodles and rapeseed and stir well.

9.Add light soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste and turn off the heat.

Tips
1.It is best to cook the noodles for 8 minutes.Cooking them for too long will affect the taste.2.Side dishes can be mixed according to personal preferences.
