Recipe for Curry Tomato Pot Cake

1.Ingredients: wash vegetables, slice pot cakes, mince garlic , cut the ginger into shreds and set aside

2. Cut tomatoes into cubes, dice carrots, and garnish with cucumbers , optional.

3. Heat the pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, and sauté the ginger, garlic and dried shrimp until fragrant.

4.Weidai, cook it with vinegar, add curry tomatoes and carrots and stir-fry 2 minute.
