How to make Yangchun noodles

1.Cut green onions and set aside

2.After the water boils, add noodles and cook for about 3 minutes.Add cold water several times in the middle to avoid overflowing

3. Remove and let cool

4.Find one In an empty bowl, pour dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and lard

5.Pour in broth or noodle soup

6.Control the water in the noodles and put them into the soup base

Tips
Friends who don’t like lard can use sesame oil instead.It tastes even better with a spoonful of vinegar!
