How to make pork jerky

1. For pork, choose pure lean meat.Wash the meat and use kitchen paper to remove surface moisture.Chop the pork into minced meat, the finer the better (you can also use the minced meat mixing blade of a food processor to mince it directly);
-

2.Put the minced meat in a container and put all the seasonings except honey and water inside;
-

3. Stir in one direction until the meat filling is thick and sticky;

4. Spread an oilcloth the same size as the baking pan on the countertop, place part of the mixed meat filling on the oilcloth, cover it with a layer of plastic wrap, and roll out the meat filling through the plastic wrap Cut into thin sheets about the same size as oilcloth, and roll them out as evenly as possible;

5. Revealed Remove the plastic wrap and place the oilcloth on the baking sheet.Preheat the oven to 180°C, place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven, and bake for 10 minutes;

6.Brush a layer of honey water on the surface of the meat, continue to bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, and then take it out;

7.Turn the jerky over and place it on the baking sheet (the oilcloth can be easily removed at this time), brush a layer of honey water on the other side, and put it in the oven again;

8. Bake for about 3-5 minutes.After the surface turns brown, take it out and place it on the grill to cool;

9.Use scissors to subtract the corners and cut into a rectangle;

10.Very good!
Tips
If you use tinfoil, please brush a layer of vegetable oil on the tinfoil to prevent it from sticking, otherwise the tinfoil will stick to the meat and cannot be removed.It will shrink during the roasting process, and the area of the roasted pork breast will be smaller than before roasting.This is normal.If you like five-spice or black pepper flavor, replace the chili powder with equal parts five-spice powder and black pepper powder.
