How to make papaya and white fungus soup

1. Wash and soak the Tremella fungus and tear it into small pieces.

2.Peel the papaya, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.

3.Put it into the stew pot.(My family’s stew pot is amazing.I have used it for more than three years, and its status is still so strong and irreplaceable.It can stew sweet soup or sugar water.)

4. Add Tremella fuciformis.

5. Wash and core the red dates and wash the wolfberries and set aside.(My family usually removes the pits when making red date stews and desserts, so that they are less irritating and prevent children from choking on the red date pits.)

6.Add red dates, wolfberry, and yellow rock sugar to the stew pot.

7. Add water to the stew pot and simmer for three hours.It is simple, rough and trouble-free.(If cooking in a pot, you can first add white fungus, red dates and appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 40 minutes, add papaya, wolfberry and yellow rock sugar, simmer for another 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.)

8. Once the stew is done, put it in a bowl and start eating.
