Carrot (One small section) | Silky tofu (Two small pieces ) |

Light soy sauce ( Two spoons ) | Salt ( Adequate amount ) |
Chopped green onion ( Two roots ) | Cilantro ( Two roots ) |
Chili powder ( Two spoons ) | Cornstarch ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make hot and sour tomato soup

1. Prepare tomatoes, eggs, soft tofu, carrots, enoki mushrooms, coriander, green onions (except tomatoes, tofu and eggs are a must, others can be added if conditions permit)

2.Cut the tomatoes into dices

3.Cut off the head of the enoki mushroom

4.Cut the carrots into cubes

5.Cut the tofu into small pieces Soak in salt water

6.Cut the green onion and coriander
