How to make tomato and enoki mushroom egg soup

1.Prepare ingredients: washed enoki mushrooms, tomatoes blanched with hot water, beaten egg liquid, and garlic.

2. Prepare seasonings: peanut oil, chicken essence, pepper, sea salt, cornstarch paste.
