Ingredients
Tremella fungus ( Half one ) | Sydney pear ( Two ) |
Red dates ( 8 pcs ) | Rock sugar ( According to personal taste ) | Wolfberry (appropriate amount) | Starch ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make Tremella Fungus and Snow Pear Soup

1.
Add starch to the water and stir evenly.
2. Soak the white fungus in starch water for 1 hour.

3. Wash and cut into small florets.

4. Cut the pear into cubes and set aside.

5.Soak red dates and wolfberry and set aside.

6.Put the white fungus into the casserole and add enough water at a time.Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

7. Bring to a boil over high heat again, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

8.Add snow pear and rock sugar.

9.Add red dates and simmer for another 10 minutes.
