Ingredients
Tremella fungus ( 1/2 ) | Pumpkin ( 100g ) |
| Red dates ( 20g ) | Rock sugar ( 6 grams ) |
Purified water ( 3 bowls ) |
Recipe for red date, pumpkin and tremella soup

1. Soak white fungus in clean water in advance and set aside.

2. Wash the soaked white fungus and tear it into small florets.

3.Put it into the rice cooker inner pot.

4.Add three bowls of purified water.

5. Cover the rice cooker lid and press the steam button for 20 minutes.

6.Peel the pumpkin, wash it, and cut it into evenly sized pieces.
