Pumpkin: Detoxification
Ingredients
Four ( 500g ) | Pumpkin ( 150g ) |
Yeast powder ( appropriate amount ) | Water ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make flowering steamed buns

1.Peel and steam the pumpkin.

2.Put the pumpkin and yeast into the flour.

3.Knead the dough until smooth, cover with a damp cloth and ferment until doubled in size.

4.Put the flour separately into a basin, add water and yeast, and knead it into a smooth dough and let it stand for fermentation.

5. After the dough is fermented, deflate the air, knead into long strips and cut into small pieces.

6. Knead the pumpkin dough into a round shape and roll out the white dough into a dough.

7. Place the pumpkin dough on the white dough.

8. Wrap and round.

9.Use a knife to make a cross on it.

10.Put it into a steamer and let it rest for 15 minutes.Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and steam for 20 minutes.That’s it.
Tips
After steaming, don't rush to open the pot.Turn off the heat and let it sit for 3-4 minutes before opening the lid.
