Tremella fungus: maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes
Ingredients
Tremella ( 1/2 ) | Horsehoe ( Go About 120 grams after peeling ) |
Waxy corn ( 30 grams ) | Wolfberry ( 5 grams ) |
Purified water ( 3 bowls ) |
How to make wolfberry and water chestnut corn syrup

1. Soak the white fungus in water in advance and set aside.

2.Wash the soaked white fungus, tear it into small pieces and put it in a casserole.

3.Add three bowls of purified water.

4. Turn up the heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

5. Wash and peel the horseshoes and soak them in clean water.

6.Cut in half.

7. Wash the waxy corn and set aside.

8.After 20 minutes, add the water chestnuts and corn, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes minutes or so.(Remember to stir halfway to prevent the white fungus from sticking to the pan)

9.Finally add rock sugar.

10.Add wolfberry and stir until the rock sugar melts.

11.A delicious wolfberry, water chestnut and corn syrup is ready!
