How to make winter melon, potato and pork ribs soup

1.Prepare ingredients: ribs, winter melon, potatoes, green onions, and ginger slices.

2. Cut the winter melon and potatoes into cubes.

3. Boil water in a pot, blanch the pork ribs, and add onions and ginger slices at the same time , cooking wine.

4. Blanch the ribs for two minutes, remove and set aside.

5.Put the ribs into the pressure cooker, add the green onions and ginger slices, and add an appropriate amount of water to cover the ribs.

6.Close the lid and twist the button to the ribs.
