How to make shredded radish meatball soup

1.Put the purchased pork filling into a basin, add salt, oyster sauce, cooking wine, thirteen-spice white pepper powder and chicken powder and stir evenly.

2. Chop the onion and ginger into small pieces and set aside.

3.Put the minced onion and ginger into the meat filling, and add the egg white of one egg.
