Water ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Grated coriander ( a little ) |
How to make black-bone chicken soup

1.Cut the black-bone chicken into pieces and put them into a pot of cold water
2. After the water boils, boil for two minutes, take it out and wash off the foam.
3.Pour in the black-bone chicken pieces

4. Add the shallots, ginger slices, astragalus white wine and water, and keep the pressure in the pressure cooker for fifteen minutes.

5. After releasing the pressure, add yam, carrot and corn segments, and continue to maintain pressure for two minutes.
