How to make papaya, tremella and sugar water

1. Peel and cut the papaya into cubes, take appropriate amount of rock sugar and set aside.

2. Chop the white fungus, cut the red dates with a knife, and soak them in warm water for an hour.Then replace with clean water, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for forty minutes.

3.After forty minutes, add papaya and rock sugar and continue to simmer for about thirty minutes..

Tips
