How to make Tremella and Lotus Seed Soup

1.Most of the white fungus.(I have a larger one, so you can use half of it.For small ones, you can use one)

Tips
Be sure to cook until slightly sticky.It is recommended to cook it for a while, the lotus seeds and white fungus will taste better.You can uncover the pot and cook for 5 minutes every 20 minutes.The color of the soup will be better.
