How to make papaya, tremella and lotus seed soup

1. Soak white fungus, lotus seeds and lily in water for 2 hours.

2.Remove the stems of white fungus and tear it into small pieces.If there is a core in the middle of the lotus seed, remove it.Rinse thoroughly, prepare wolfberry, peel and dice papaya.

3. Prepare the wolfberry, peel and dice the papaya.

4.Pour tremella, lotus seeds and lily into the pot, and add an appropriate amount of purified water.

5. Cover the pot, wait until the water boils, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
