How to make steamed eggs with mixed vegetables

1. Prepare ingredients: 2 carrot slices are enough, 1 small broccoli is enough, and 1 egg.There are many ingredients in the picture, so I made two portions.

2. Slice carrots and cut broccoli and set aside.

3. Blanch in a pot under boiling water until cooked.

4.Cut into fine pieces and set aside.
