How to make Lotus Root, Corn and Spare Ribs Soup

1.Prepare vegetables

2. Soak the ribs in water for about an hour to soak the blood.Change the water several times in between

3.Cut corn into sections and cut carrots into hob blocks

4.Peel and cut the lotus root into hob pieces, soak it in clean water, and add a few drops of white vinegar to prevent the lotus root from turning into pieces.Oxidation

5. Prepare green onion segments, ginger slices, and large pieces
