New Zealand dried fish maw ( 40g ) | Fresh pork ribs ( 300g ) |
Smoked bacon ( 150g ) | Fresh winter bamboo shoots ( 3 pcs ) |
Ginger ( 50g ) | Wolfberry ( 10g ) |
How to make New Zealand fish maw pickled and fresh

1. Soak the fish maw in advance and cut it into small pieces for later use;

2.Peel the winter bamboo shoots, remove the old stems, and cut into small pieces with a hob;

3. Slice the bacon and set aside;

4. Slice ginger and set aside;

5. Boil a pot of water , add ginger and green onions, blanch the ribs in the green onion and ginger water, take them out, drain the water and set aside;
