Yam and corn stew How to make pork ribs

1. Prepare the ingredients as shown below

2.Cut the ingredients as shown below, drain and blanch for later use

3.Put the pork ribs, ginger slices and garlic cloves under water in a casserole and cook over high heat

Tips
