How to make beef soup

1. Cut the beef into cubes, boil water and pour it into a bowl to remove the blood

2.Cut mushrooms and tofu into cubes

3.Cut green onion, coriander, and ginger into cubes

4.Put the mushrooms, tofu and ginger into the pot.After the water boils, add the beef , add salt and pepper after cooking for another two minutes, then add the coriander and green onions and then add the water gordon powder mixed with red potato starch!
