How to make kumquat, jujube and pear syrup

1. First rub the kumquat skin with salt.Rinse clean with water.

2.Cut the kumquats in half and remove the seeds

3.Peel the pears and cut into small pieces

4.Put pears, kumquats and dates into the soup pot.

5.Pour in an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes

6.Pour in the washed wolfberry
