How to make red dates and peanut juice

1. Prepare peanuts, red dates and cooked sesame seeds.

2. Wash the red dates, remove the core and cut into pieces, and put them into a bowl.

3. Roast the peanuts in advance and peel off the red coating.

4. Pour the peeled peanuts, red dates and cooked sesame seeds into the barrel of the soymilk machine.

5.Add a minimum of 900 ml of purified water.

Tips
Bake the peanuts in the oven at 180° for seven or eight minutes.
