How to make grape vinegar

1. When making wine at home, it is a pity to separate the remaining grape balls and throw them away.I use them to make grape vinegar, which is sour and sweet and very delicious.

2.This is the grape ball left after smoking the wine.

3. Do not squeeze the grapes after the wine is drawn from the wine vat.Leave them at the bottom of the vat.

4. Take a clean, oil-free stainless steel pot and boil water.

5. Boil water 4 times as much as grapes.

6. When the water temperature drops to 40℃, pour it into the tank.Do not fill it up.Grapes and Do not fill the container with more than two-thirds of the water, otherwise the fermentation will expand and overflow.

7.20: 1 Add sugar to increase sweetness.

Tips
1.Do not squeeze the remaining grapes from the wine extraction.Keep the original juice and add boiling water for fermentation again.
2.The water temperature should not exceed 40°C.The inside and outside of the bottle mouth must be wiped clean before sealing to prevent the growth of bacteria.
3.Seal it with gauze or napkin for 3 days.If the sealing is not good, insects will live there.If the sealing time is long, it will ferment into enzymes.
