How to make purple sweet potato and sago

1.Prepare the ingredients

2. Boil water in a pot until it boils

3.Pour in the sago, stir constantly to avoid sticking to the pan, and cook until there is some white left in the middle
4.Pour into cold water, rinse and drain with a net

5. Boil the water again, add the sago and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly while cooking

Tips
Sago must be cooked twice, and simmered for a few minutes after the second cooking time, otherwise the white spots will not completely disappear! Discard the water used to cook the sweet potatoes because they are too dark! Soak the cooked sweet potatoes in rock sugar water for a while, and they will taste better!
