How to make lemon barley water

1. Prepare the materials.

2.Pour the barley through a stream of water first, clean it and then soak it for about three hours, or before going to bed Soak it in your hair and you can use it the next morning.

3. Put the soaked barley in a pot and add ten times the water and simmer for about an hour and a half..

4. Boil the water until it turns light milky white and somewhat thick.

5. Wash the lemons with salt water, slice them and remove the seeds.

6.Turn off the heat and let it sit.When it cools to below 60 degrees, put the barley water into a container , add sliced lemon into the container.

7.A very good drink is ready.
Tips
For the sake of health, no sugar is added.If you like it sweet, you can add rock sugar when cooking, or add honey after cooling.
