Pork ribs ( 3 pounds ) | Potatoes ( 4 ) |
Matsutake (appropriate amount) | kelp ( appropriate amount ) |

Ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Aniseed Zanthoxylum bungeanum leaves ( Adequate amount ) |

How to stew potatoes, kelp, matsutake and pork ribs

1.Ginger and garlic slices

2.Soak the kelp for three hours, wash it several times, cut it into diamond-shaped pieces, and blanch it in hot water

3.Peel, wash and cut potatoes into cubes

4.Soak matsutake mushrooms and wash them

5.Pepper, coriander, washed and chopped

6.Pork Ribs Wash, blanch in hot water and wash away the foam

7. Heat oil and sugar , add the pork ribs and stir-fry for five minutes

8. Add kelp, ribs, potatoes, Matsutake, aniseed, pepper, bay leaves, salt, ginger and garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, appropriate amount of water
