Green onions ( 300 grams ) | Eggs ( three ) |
Soybean oil ( Appropriate amount ) | Doenjang ( 2 spoons ) |
How to make scrambled eggs with soybean paste

1. Wash the green onions and drain them.

2.Cut into inch-long pieces with a spatula.

3.Three eggs.

4. Pour into a bowl and mix well.

5.Put oil in the pot and heat it

Tips
Since there is salt in the soybean paste, there is no need to add additional salt.Each brand of doenjang has a different amount of salt, so you should pay attention to the amount added.Some brands of miso are dry and need to be diluted with water first
