Starch (appropriate amount) | Dark soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) |
Pepper ( appropriate amount ) | Five-spice powder ( appropriate amount ) |
Dried beans and fried meat Recipe

1. Wash dried beans with clean water Soak for 2 hours

2. Slice the lean meat and mix it with a starch spoon

3. Mince the garlic and cut the red and green pepper into rings

4. Pour oil into the pot, add half of the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the meat and stir-fry until it changes color

5.Pour in the dried beans and fry together, then pour in more than half the height of the water, cover the pot and simmer until the water is almost gone.(Add more oil)

6.Finally, add the red and green peppers and half the garlic and stir-fry Once stir-fried, add dark soy sauce, salt, pepper, and five-spice powder and stir-fry.

7. Fry well and place on a plate.
Tips
Note that dry beans should be soaked in water until soft.
If the dried beans are salty, add less salt
This dish uses a little more vegetable oil than usual.
