Ingredients
Tofu ( 1 piece ) | Cilantro ( 3 trees ) |
Pixian Doubanjiang ( 1 spoon ) | Oil ( a little ) |
How to make spicy tofu

1. Prepare the raw materials and wash them.

2. Cut the coriander into sections and the tofu into cubes.

3. Heat oil in a pan, fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides, remove and set aside.(Be sure to fry one side of the tofu before flipping it, otherwise the tofu will break easily)

4.Another Heat a pot of oil, add minced bean paste, stir-fry over low heat until red oil comes out, then add tofu and stir-fry until browned.Add the coriander and stir-fry a few more times.

5. Take it out of the pot and plate it, and the dish is ready.(I didn’t add salt because the bean paste is already salty enough.If you think it’s not salty enough, you can add some salt according to your own taste)
